Rich Reister

Rich is an Entrepreneur, Real Estate Investor, and a licensed Lawyer in Texas. What makes him tick? Well, he’s all about family, community, and his work. Real Estate has always piqued his interest, and he even took some courses at his local community college before diving into law school. In law school, he delved deeper into property law and mortgages, expanding his knowledge.

In 2005, Rich made a big move and bought his very first of many rental properties. Fast forward to 2012, he founded Landlord Guidance. Why? Rich wanted to assist fellow landlords and emphasize the importance of fairness and ethics in tenant relationships as the key to long-term success. He also wanted it to be a blog and a website to keep track of landlord-tenant laws in different states.

When not working, Rich enjoys reading and the outdoors.
